FRUITS
For this post I have to talk about food. Anything about food.
I chose talk about fruit.
For me, fruit is a very good food. Fruit can moisturizes, refreshes, removes hunger and feeds. Eating food in the day gives me energy and encouragement, it keeps me more awake and healthier.
Everyday I eat four fruits daily. I eat fruit for the breakfast, noon, before lunch and mid afternoon. My favourite fruits depend on the season of the year. For example, in summer I eat many watermelon, in autumn I like eat apple and bananas, in winter I eat oranges and in spring I eat many, but many many tangerines and strawberries.
But, of all the fruits I mentioned, my most favourite fruit of the life is the watermelon, because it has a lot of water, it's very sweet and because its large size it can always be shared. I love eating watermelon with my friends and my family.
It's important to say that the fuit is very healthy for our body. The fruit has natural sugars, gives you energy, has many vitamins and nutrients and is alo very natural. FRUIT GROWS OF NATURE AND THIS IS WONDERFUL!
I believe that people should value more the consumption of fruits and include them in their diet, because the fruit could help us leed a better life and eat healthier foods.
I hope that one day I can plant my own food and have a big house with a big field that allows me to plant my own frutal trees and vegetables and enjoy the benefits of this food that comes from the land.
